Putting rooms first on The Seed's first website
I organized a broad hospitality offer around the first decision a visitor makes: where to stay.

01Problem
The Seed Apartment brings rooms, dining and wellness together in Kumasi, and this was its first website. A visitor meets far more than accommodation: rooms, a restaurant, a spa and other amenities all need a place. If every service competes for attention, the most important decision gets lost.

02Solution
I made rooms the primary route, with dining and wellness supporting the value of a stay.
Page order
- 1.Introduction
- 2.Rooms
- 3.Restaurant
- 4.Spa
- 5.Gallery and contact
Rooms first
Visitors move from a short property introduction straight into room types, from the Standard Seed to the Executive Kai Seed. The restaurant, spa and gallery follow as reasons to stay.

Depth without distraction
Each room listing invites a closer look at the space and its amenities, while the wider property content stays available for someone weighing the full experience. A booking action stays visible in the header.

03Goal
Help a visitor make the first decision, where to stay, before showing them everything else The Seed offers.
04Impact
The website is live and is The Seed's first. Visitors reach the rooms straight after the introduction, with dining, wellness and the gallery following in support.

05Takeaways
- 1.
Lead with the decision. When a business offers many things, structure the page around the choice most visitors came to make.
- 2.
Supporting content still matters. Dining and wellness work better as reasons to stay than as competing destinations.
